| For those of you familiar with the beautiful city of Ottawa, at least get to see some recognizable locations in this film. This is the climax of this movie: My Daughter's Secret for me because it was entirely predictable that with mediocre acting. The character of the daughter is so irritating and annoying and frankly the audience may just want to reach through their television screens and the accelerator because of its stupidity. The only other redeeming quality of this DivX film My Daughter's Secret are the cameos from prominent Canadian actors, Sophie Gendron and Benz Antoine. As I have to add two more lines before it was posted, I must say that I am being generous, probably because this film: My Daughter's Secret 3 out of 10. |
| This was pretty bad. No, it was unbearably awful. Bad acting in all respects, one-dimensional characters (the best), weak script, rushes, and unlike. I was in the mood for one of those terrible, made for life-movies, you know the type, with the players has been, and transparent, weakly parcels delivered, poor organization, dialogue ... Poor Meredith Baxter-Birney, Judith Light ... the usual suspects. This was more or less well, but disappointing, in that it was not even cheesy innocently. However, I was thinking that his mother (Jennifer Grant?) Would have been better cast as Heidi Fleiss in a bio-pic of the lady's life. They have similar features horse and can not act. Besides, Pfft. |
