| Interesting premise of a secret organization that gives victims a chance for revenge when the judicial system fails. Unfortunately a similar idea was explored far better in "The Room". Most of the Already Dead film takes place in an abandoned building with the manufacture of handheld cameras. Everything is very dark, with much of the action almost impossible to see. Christopher Plummer is always above average, but his character is used for nothing more than a telegraphed twist at the end. So what you get is a good start, followed by a prolonged persecution and, finally, it is no wonder a "surprise ending". Not recommended - MERK |
| I was not sure what to expect from this DivX film Already Dead because the plot summary, title and no user reviews. The film: Already Dead begins a bit, "the story gives us a few flashbacks to the top to let us know why this guy is a bit disheveled with a large walk black bag (hmmm, I wonder what is in it!). However, despite that it seemed to start fairly predictable, it remains sufficiently intriguing for the first 15 minutes or less to maintain my view (which is my usual time limit before deciding to shut down or not). There are some twists and turns along the way, although the film: Already Dead seasoned aficionado probably guess all of them anyway (I try not to work out - I prefer to just sit and go ahead with the trip). It gets a little slow in the middle, but then returns back to the end. The fine acting, in particular, Til Schweiger (Man), it should be doing better in Hollywood suggested that his filmography. If you like a little suspense and a bit of action without thinking too much, then I can not recommend this movie. It was not terrible, but it will not win any Oscars, either. 6 / 10 |
| This DVD film Already Dead is very stupid. A man wants revenge for a crime, but when it enacts his revenge, a video camera is pointed right at all times. What man with a brain cell in his head would sit there and do this for so long in front of a video camera? Only the fact that this scenario could never happen unless someone incapable of dressing themselves destroyed for me, but came Dumber! I mean the writers have serious habits are cooking their brain cells and making them lose plot holes you can drive a battalion of armored tanks through. SYNOPSIS: A man seeks revenge for the death of loved ones, but in the center of the plot of something totally wrong, and then develops the unexpected. If only these people writing this story had not been so stupid as to write that plot revolves totally unreal could never happen this way. For writers, I say seek help for serious mental problem. |
| The premise of the movie: Already Dead is the son of Thomas Archer was killed and his wife was brutally - and given a chance for revenge when (after post-traumatic stress disorder therapy) which is placed in a room with a man tied to a chair and told this was the culprit. He is a big box of tools with which to offer the reward: drills, bats, spikes, sledgehammers, torches, which can think of someone who might want to use physically hurt another human being. Let too many scenes of torture before finding out that the man is not torturing Archer is the man who committed the crime. The two then created an uneasy alliance, which put in this situation and why. Well, when all is said and done, no matter ... |
| I loved this film, for the most part. The fact was so, the lighting was good and had a lot of action to maintain interest. One of the main points that I liked, that make you wonder if you could take the same risks and actions, as the father, if you were in your shoes. Apparently, each scene was valuable for the history, background and character. But I thought that the sequence of certain scenes, I momentarily lost my attention on what was happening. I would not say what they are, or discuss any of what happens. I wonder who plays the son. There was no mention of him in the credits, or information about any site to review the Already Dead movie I've seen. |
