| Maladaptation to the great comic Hellblazer has called perhaps the worst imaginable actor playing the title role. Keanu Reeves is certainly miscast in the title role and makes a fool of himself and almost everyone in the film. The script is an incoherent mess, and the direction from the first time director Frances Lawrence is lackluster to say the least. Of all the actors involved, only Rachel Weisz and Djimon Hounsou are best able to subscribe to their characters. Weisz gives a strong and determined performance and Hounsou pulling over with a paper that does not like Keanu lead. The rest of the actors involved are almost as bad as Reeves himself to be Shia LaBeouf as annoying as ever and doing more of Peter Stormare as the prince of darkness. What you can say about the Road movies, but at least the first two films of the leaf had a script that, at least, to entertain you a good solid two hours, while this Constantine Action movie will have to look after your watch the first 45 minutes. If you like bad movies then I guess, if not avoided. |
| Moronic and down right boring Keanu Reeves vehicle is an insult to the senses. The Constantine film is too dark to shoot certain scenes of the Constantine Action movie and special effects are very warm at best. Keanu Reeves gives her independence, but all their efforts, it is not right for the role. His performance on the borders too dark to unintentionally funny seems bored with what is happening. You supposed to believe in his character, but in the end only upset with him and that is not good if you're trying to buy the story of the film. The story itself is very fragile and does not make sense in some parts of the film. Angles and demons can not cross into this world, but there are half-breeds around the city and the angle Gabriel is walking around like nothing is happening. It makes no sense, but some of the inconsistencies is that this Constantine movie has too many of them. The only good thing about the merits that the Constantine Action movie has to offer is the performance of Rachel Weisz, who is responsible for providing a complex, powerful and moving performance that gives a brief pause and makes you wonder about how this Constantine movie could have been much better if it only focuses on his character alone, with all the Hoopla and special effects that now. Who have worked much better and more effective than the exaggerated special effects DivX Movie Constantine that is now, and probably would have been much more frightening to boot. I would rather pay to see that after this film: Constantine here. |
| Constantine is one of those films that have been adapted from a comic series. Now, people in the comic stories often seem quite wild in the eyes of observers or readers. Think Batman. Gotham City is not crazy? Constantine, in my opinion, is an excellent comic stories picturisation. Is packed full of action the story is quite entertaining, that is, the actors are impressive, the Constantine Action movie is great. Look at these pictures and the camera distillation. Beautiful! | One of my favorite movies, I saw "Constantine" on numerous occasions and even appreciate. Maybe I like so much because I was raised Catholic and attended Catholic schools - the DivX Movie Constantine contains many religious themes that any ex-Catholic and refer to enjoy. Old school as Catholics can not in any way this movie, but no one has challenged that belief (which this Constantine Action movie does), and has questioned the will of God or the question "Why?" or "Why me?" is really going to like this movie! As I said this film: Constantine does not question the beliefs, but they are based on a very cool. I am not sure that a Catholic can not appreciate this aspect of the DVD movie Constantine though. I am not a fan of Reeves Keneau at all, but I thought he did a very good job in this role, he was credible, except the part that was too young and healthy for him. The acting in the DVD film Constantine was excellent and the actors (and actresses) were very well cast. Kids will love Rachel Weisz 'cabinet, in fact, all the costumes were very well done, something that usually do not care or notice in particular, but in this Constantine Action movie most viewers will agree. The only negative about this Constantine movie is the scene of the tub (seen in the trailers). I hate to see anyone try this at home, although I am sure that about half-baked to make sure the time. |
