In the middle of a raging thunderstorm, a traveling circus accidentally leaves behind some very precious cargo—a baby zebra. The gangly little foal is rescued by horse farmer Nolan Walsh, who takes him home to his young daughter Channing. Once a champion thoroughbred trainer, Walsh has given up horse training for a quiet life with Channing on their modest Kentucky farm. The little zebra, or 'Stripes,' as Channing calls him, is soon introduced to the farm's misfit troupe of barnyard residents, led by a cranky Shetland Pony named Tucker and Franny, a wise old goat who keeps the family in line. The group is joined by Goose, a deranged big-city pelican who's hiding out in the sticks until the heat dies down in Jersey. The un-aptly named bloodhound Lightening keeps a lazy eye on goings-on at the farm - in between naps. The Walsh farm borders the Turfway Racetrack, where highly skilled thoroughbreds compete for horse racing's top honor, the ultra-prestigious Kentucky Crown. From the first moment Stripes lays eyes on the track, he's hooked—he knows that if he could just get the chance, he could leave all those other horses in the dust. What he doesn't know is—he's not exactly a horse. But with characteristic zeal, he devotes himself to training for the big time, with a little help from Tucker, who has coached a host of champion racehorses in the past.

A baby zebra (voice of Frankie Muniz) is accidentally abandoned by a traveling circus and is considered by a thoroughbred horse trainer Nolan Walsh (Bruce Greenwood). Nolan is the zebra house, and his teenage daughter Channing (Hayden Panettiere) wants to keep as a pet. Name the baby zebra Stripes. The farm is located near the track and the growing belief that zebra is a horse race. Stripes has a dream of the other horses racing on the track and get in shape, the postman Stripes races in his truck. All farm animals and Stripes Channing help achieve their dream careers. This is a nice film: Racing Stripes in the same framework as the movie: Racing Stripes "Babe," when all the animals talk to each other. Buzz and Scuzz the horseflies (voices of David Spade and Steve Harvey) has some of the funniest scenes. This is a light heart that your film, such as children. Do not take too seriously the script or miss the fun. (Warner Bros. Pictures, runtime 1:34, PG) (4 / 10)

I use "comedy" in the classic sense, because, although there are a lot of funny lines and snappy dialogue, there is much pathos here, too. Of course, we all know the story of the ugly duckling (or in this case zebra) that realizes its potential in the mirror of his friends that the interior has more disdain for themselves and their own species. And the only reason they gave him a 9 instead of 10 because the story has been done so often and so well elsewhere. But this is a very special Racing Stripes Sport film and whether their children have not been over-exposed to the same plot as it will fall like a fun, sense of time and morality is not a game. I especially like the fact that the live action animation is used instead of cartoons. It is a very refreshing change in the style of Babe that is not often enough. And adults the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and pastoral scenes of animals through the camera work smart and charming scenes. There are times to be a little loud and frantic, even scary for very young children, I think. But all that is a wonderful way to spend a few hours with their children and create memories you like and every time I remember seeing rays.

Not sure what we're seeing the other or looking for a film: Racing Stripes ... This is one of the best movies I have taken two of my 12 years in a long time. This film: Racing Stripes is hilarious, had jokes for all ages. Sometimes you hear the children started to laugh through the theater, but there were several times when the adults start laughing. I laughed throughout the movie. My daughters have seen any other movies that this is supposed to be copied, but (they said), this is by far the best. This will certainly be an addition to our DVD collection as they become available! I recommend this one for the whole family!

Well, do not get me wrong, I love Hayden, and I think this is a brilliant film, and I know it's a U-rated movie, which was expected to be so, but ... I think the story was somewhat predictable. For example, when we learned Channing's mother had died from the fall of a horse - knew that the first thing that happens when Channing ran Stripes was to be dropped. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was a bit obvious that Stripes was going to win, and Trenton's Pride really Stripes. But other than that, acting Hayden was brilliant, and I loved the two flies - they were absolutely hilarious. The script is well written, apart from the predictability of the story is well written.
