This DVD movie Pure Country was very enjoyable. I found the action to be reasonable, music and great story credible. It held my attention for its entirety and has been a pleasure, not a task. I would recommend to music lovers. The actors were credible on paper and this DVD film Pure Country is not unpleasant (eg, unnecessary violence, swearing, etc.). This is a Pure Country Romance film that could be enjoyed by all ages of viewers. It is a foot-and drawing on the experience was very entertaining. George Strait is a great country music singer and this (his debut acting role) did a very good job. I would like any other that has made since then.

It is not only a giant George Strait in the world of country music, but also shows that pure country fairs well in the acting world. An excellent piece of writing I ever present conflict in the country music between the new and old, while the romance is well done, which ends in the beautiful ballad, "I Cross My Heart." Pure Country music fits very well in history and not feel out of place in some musicals. Lesley Ann Warren, Isabel Glasser, and Kyle Chandler (First Edition fame) do a tremendous job of making the characters both sympathetic and credible. There were a couple of scenes that could live without him, but all in all countries is just pure excellence.
