| I basically want to say that every woman who enjoys a good romantic comedy should see this movie. I have seen this film, probably more than a hundred times and never gets old. I have it on DVD, but every time you happen to catch on TV, I see it. I know most of the words by heart. Kevin Klein plays the boy almost perfect love to hate because you are so angry about the stupid things that then turns and makes you faint. And then, Meg Ryan, of course, is always the perfect choice for this kind of films. What can I say that do not contradict this really attract completely fun-loving, romantic movie. This is definitely a classic film: French Kiss in my mind and should buy, not rent. |
| I love this movie. The scene in which Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline first jump in the car stolen in Paris every time you tickle me. While it is berating him for involving her in his (un) adventures, and he goes to see what gets lost a wonderful tour of Paris and all the great sights of Paris, to go on the side of the passenger car . The director's love of humor. As for Kline French accent, he studied in France and have a good ear (if I say so myself) and was very impressed with the regional accent Kline ( "path", for example, instead of "we" of "oui"). As to be a pat romantic comedy and, of course - I guess that was Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, that no one has complained? |
| French kiss is the last date to see the film. Meg Ryan is clearly the role of Kate as a naive and eccentric history professor who has been harmed by the ridiculous her boyfriend, Charlie. Kevin Kline as Luc is delicious, a rogue of a Frenchman who befriends Kate in their quest to steal back the beautiful Charlie Juliette. The usual romantic comedy adventure ensues as Charlie and Kate Luc pursue throughout France. What sets this French Kiss Romance movie apart from the usual date French Kiss movie is the interaction between Ryan and Kline. It's easy to be swept away by the innocent tenderness that is built between these two characters. And so easy to be swept by Kline himself. I found it almost impossible to believe that it is not French! I've seen this French Kiss Romance movie dozens of times, it's my first choice to go to the movie. I would recommend this French Kiss movie to anyone looking for a good, feel good movie. |
| This was one of the best comedies of the 1990s - while you were to sleep, There's Something About Mary, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Flirting with Disaster, maybe When Harry met Sally or Sleepless in Seattle. It is a lovely movie. I'm not particularly a fan Meg Ryan - (funny name just two of his films in a comedy list!). She is at her best here. The French Kiss Romance movie is fun, but it has more heart than most comedy - the scenes with Luc's family are lovely and memorable - no exaggeration at all, fair. The French Kiss Romance film is at its best when the directors are all together in Cannes - which is less humorous, but very warmly romantic. The characters are so well written - there is even sympathy for the character of Timothy Hutton. The chemistry between Ryan and Kline (who would not have believed before I saw him) is a lot there. At the time of Kevin Kline is the song of La Mer, on the last of the closing credits (after Louis Armstrong sang La Vie en Rose), you want to see again. Kevin Kline is simply superb - a very real, interesting, fun person to be created. The character of Meg Ryan primness is irritating - but then we must see why Timothy Hutton found his tan (comically, the DVD movie French Kiss is the idea that primness was deflowered at 18 not 13!). | If there is a Kevin Kline in France, it is. This French Kiss Romance movie is one of the best romantic comedies, maybe just because Kevin and Meg are perfect together. Both with excellent opportunity for comics, and a chemical that is very wonderful.Jean Reno Timothy Hutton and complete a wonderful cast. The soundtrack is fantastic, and I listen very often. Hey, if my husband addicted to NASCAR sit, watch, laugh, enjoy and then tell kids can enjoy this. The scene is based on ending, What a kiss! Definitely one to add to your DVD collection. I can not understand the low results of the vote, and I see so many positive comments here .... |
