Fleder has directed a Don't Say a Word Crime movie that captures, while its value if you are particularly interested in the participation of a dose of drama thriller. Although it can not be classified into pure genius, it does retain the fascinating and exciting dilemmas that will make your head spin. Douglas does not show a remarkable performance, the edges more mediocre. You could use a bit more improvement, because at times during the movie, can be easily determined that he was overacting. Also, Sean Bean was not exactly a perfect picture of the "bad", but he did a good job portraying. Do not be discouraged to see this movie, however, Murphy's role as a teen affected psychologically is quite impressive. His chilling voices and whispers are bound to surprise as it has done for me. The plot is based on the misfortune of a psychologist, played by Douglas, whose son is kidnapped by thieves (led by Bean). He must find a way to get one of his patients (Murphy) to say that a ten-digit number that has a meaning of its own. It is difficult to handle because it is not the fact that she is a basket case, she insists that she does not talk about it, but is related to their own trauma and recalls the pain of his past. "Do not Say A Word" is its value, while recommending it to remind my fellow peers a few years ago, later loved. You must be at least a twinge of satisfaction after seeing that, I suggest you go to see for himself.
This movie: Don't Say a Word was very good. It is a fantastic film. It has a lot of suspense and excitement in this movie. Michael Douglas played his part very good and that made the Don't Say a Word film as good as it was. The great act by Brittany Murphy as a confused child who knows a secret code of some sort. The DVD movie Don't Say a Word was great and I recommend it to all viewers who like Michael Douglas and as exciting and suspenseful film, because this DVD movie Don't Say a Word has plenty of it.
Michael Douglas is a great actor, clear and simple. Brittany Murphy (darn well in "8 miles), portrays the problem of patient excellent. And the plot, but not the greatest in the world, two is quite good. Two major complaints here. First, the plot, I have already explained, and others have also, and much better than me. The second, the climatic scene that takes place in darkness. A darkness so dark you can barely make what is happening. In fact, the only thing I remember clearly that scene was happening in the fall of a villain in the plot. Nothing more was discernible in that scene, not at all. The filmmakers have to learn that the Don't Say a Word Crime movie is well not to understand what happens in a Don't Say a Word Crime (which describes a lot of movies I've seen, I sat for 5 minutes after seeing "Vanilla Sky" to figure out). However, not to see what is going on? Inexcusable. That aside, however, this is a good movie. Go rent it, it's worth.
Even the story is interesting in itself, is Famke Britain and the performance of the beauty that I like the movie. Douglas also played well but the end was too simple for the story. Not be easy for Douglas to remove the bad guys. Except for the final is a good Don't Say a Word Crime movie and I 7 / 10. But if you are a fan like me then Famke is definitely a must see film, because I have never seen this much beautiful, she is so charming!
I thought this Don't Say a Word Crime movie was great! I just saw him, since it has half worthy of consideration in the document, and I had nothing else to do! Sean Bean performance was excellent, like Brittany Murphy (who looked very sexy in the film) and had a good argument! I thought it was OK Michael Douglas in the film, but hardly a great actor! The end was not as good as I thought it should be. On 5 / 10 minutes were a bit of a disaster and the end was pretty clear, but apart from 1 or 2 small things, it's a very good film! I definitely recommend it. But unless you're a huge fan Michael Douglas, is probably better than the income to buy it! Overall, 8 out of 10! Great movie! WATCH IT!
Good - Not much - 7. A DVD movie Don't Say a Word is not a movie. The entire DVD film Don't Say a Word feels very good in a Don't Say a Word movie (I think that after making this comment is). As an example, one has the impression that Detective Sandra Cassidy prosecuting the crime of "the other side of the story should have had (or at least should be) a major part in history. I suppose in a production of 120 minutes there is no time to expand on the character and motivations (or just bad). I also found the idea that Cassidy would work with an identifier of "Jane Doe" a farce (no further information on why it so important to). Cassidy, which only pop-up, then disappear after a lack of impact to history. I knew it would be important to the final only because of their "being" would be a bit of direction. Most other "minor" characters suffered a similar fate, and therefore lacks the end of much of its potential impact. I felt the story, the pace and the plot was great, but below the fluid nature of development is moving from a 8.5 to 7 (6 if you're not a fan of Mike Douglas and 5 but also as suspended). If you've read the book will probably be disappointed. But for me the DVD film Don't Say a Word is in its own right, despite its flaws.
In general, I liked this movie, which surprised me a little. The trailers I had seen that had me thinking it was going to be kind of "cheese" for lack of a better word, but this was really fascinating. It had an interesting story line, and sustained suspense for the most part was well acted. I especially liked Brittany Murphy as Elisabeth Burrows, whose psychiatric prisoner tortured mind the information that Dr. Conrad (Michael Douglas), must obtain in order to save his daughter Jessie (Skye McCole Bartusiak) life. Murphy seemed so "in" his character is almost ghostly his watch. She was very convincing. I thought Douglas also offered a good performance, like Sean Bean as Patrick, the chief hijacker. Miss Young Bartusiak is commendable, but I do not seem to represent the range of emotions that I would expect a little boy who sits on the circumstances of Jesse. She seemed too quiet. The same is true of Famke Janssen as the mother of Jessie Conrad Aggie. I realize the nature had a broken leg and apparently could not get out of bed, but once again that only seems to have everything very calmly (and where his life was threatened she seemed capable of moving well enough, fracture leg or not!) As for Oliver Platt as Conrad's colleague Dr. Sachs? I think that, depending on the film, whether or not as I Platt (no average) and I did not care for him in this film. Overall, however, the Don't Say a Word film was very good as a vehicle for Douglas. Me as a rate of 7 / 10.
