Even on a lazy Friday night after work is an OK movie. I regret to say that there is not much work. The feeling is that it's a filler between the hours of the films that most media players and the people behind the camera. The acting is not terrible, although Bruce is the police version of Tom Cruise in cocktail. Facial expressions are aware, jokes seen a mile away. I was not spared a lot, just some simple action for a fun night in front of the TV. I have not had that. Some movies work, some do not. Exactly what is the fault of this is hard to say. Only certainty is that Hollywood Homocide almost see OK.

Bruce Willis is a cop, has been receiving an allowance tedious escort Mos Def (fun here) of the county lock up the court. Along the way someone tries to kill Mr. Def, and soon the two of them are running for their lives. Fairly strong movie: 16 Blocks terribly wrong crime in the last quarter due to script: Willis revealed at the end that he knows something that, if true, makes the image in advance every sense. (We could have done exactly the same things, but for entirely different reasons and with different emphases and motivations.) Not all the needs of a last minute dash turns. Beyond that (and this is a big "out of that") that is very entertaining. I have seen comments that strike action by Mos Def and educated as actorly, but I know that guys like him, is pretty true to life. Willis has become an excellent player (although with a limited number) and the fine form here, completely without vanity, too (your gut, you may sweaty, limp, etc.) The two characters bounce against the other very Well, until the end, the theme of redemption and personal transformation is handled reasonably well and subtle, and for most of the 16 Blocks movie people to behave in a satisfyingly smart, too. Until the end. The end is really bad, so bad that I can not recommend the film.
